Training of new employees
When a new employee joins the company, they undergo a six-month in-house training program to help them learn and adapt to the work environment.
April to May: Learn about the mindset required for working life, the company's history, basic knowledge about ships, etc.
May-June:Students will gain experience through practical welding training and aim to obtain qualifications.
July: Participants will have the opportunity to experience various workplaces, such as the Shipbuilding Department, Ship Repair Department, and Ship Design Department.We help employees find fulfillment and suitability for their jobs..
August to September: You will undergo on-the-job training at a temporary location and your permanent location will be decided.
