Training of new employees

When a new employee joins the company, they undergo a six-month in-house training program to help them learn and adapt to the work environment.
April to May: Learn about the mindset of a member of society, the history of the company, basic knowledge of ships, etc.

June to July: Gain experience through practical welding training and aim to obtain qualifications.

August to September: On-site training will be conducted at each workplace such as the shipbuilding department, ship repair department, and ship design department, and the assignment will be determined after determining the job satisfaction and suitability of each job.
