1. ISO management system
In order to implement our Corporate Policy, we have established a system for managing ISO9001 as part of our operational activities. To achieve this, we have created the following basic policies.
- We will satisfy customer requirements, continually improve our management system, enhance our technical capabilities, and provide reliable products and services.
- By creating local jobs and complying with laws, regulations, agreements, and our own self-regulations, we aim to be a company that is needed by everyone involved.
- In order to realize our company policy, we will set clear goals and plans for achieving them based on our business management plan.
- We constantly educate our human resources, maximize the potential of each employee, and respond to customer needs.
- We thoroughly promote 5S, which can be said to be the basis of the manufacturing industry, and provide products and services that satisfy our customers.
2. Safety initiatives
We prioritize the safety and health of our employees and partner companies. To ensure this, we have set up a dedicated department responsible for safety and health. Additionally, we have formed a safety and health committee and council. Both our Hakodate Shipyard and Muroran Manufacturer are implementing company-wide initiatives to promote safety and health.
After conducting on-site risk assessments and confirming work procedures, we perform safety patrols and implement workplace risk reduction activities to achieve zero risk instead of zero accidents.

3. Initiatives for health management
Our company considers maintaining and improving a safe and healthy working environment for our employees and partner companies as a crucial management issue, and we are promoting initiatives to maintain and improve health. These efforts have now been recognized, and on March 9, 2026, we were jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council for the "Health and Productivity Management Award 2026 (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Category)It was certified as such.
