Our main product, a handy-sized bulk carrier with a dead weight of 4 tons, has the characteristics of low fuel consumption, high performance, versatility, robustness, and ease of use that is affectionately known as "HAKODATE BRAND" from all over the world. In addition, in the steel structure machinery business, we are constantly challenging new technologies and creating various structures in the world.
This is the result of a group of professionals who continue to create and realize new technologies without being satisfied with the status quo.The scale of this work is so large that it can be said to be a type of "manufacturing" that can only be found here, from Hakodate and Hokkaido to the world.
High technical capabilities that respond to difficult missions
It is precisely because we have steadfastly and reliably inherited the technology cultivated by our predecessors that we have been able to weave our history up to today. And this technological strength has been a support to surely clear even the most difficult missions.
In particular, in the ship repair business, this capability is fully utilized; we repair ships that have suffered major damage due to maritime accidents, and return them safely to the sea, where they play vital roles in logistics and maritime safety. We also handle dozens of regular routine inspections, intermediate inspections, and general repairs annually, surpassing strict inspection criteria in all cases, supporting safe maritime transport and national defence.
We will continue passing on our technology to the future and pursuing new challenges while making work easier for our employees through technical capabilities, further experience, and achievements.
